- Account information: Name, email address, and profile photo (via Google Sign-In).
- Phone number: Verified via SMS OTP for rental safety purposes.
- Listing information: Item descriptions, photos, pricing, and location.
- Rental information: Booking dates, messages between users, condition photos.
- Reviews: Ratings and comments left after rentals.
- Tracking device disclosure: Whether an item has a tracking device attached (disclosed by the Owner). Weshare does not collect or store location data from tracking devices.

- To provide and maintain our platform.
- To verify your identity for rental safety.
- To facilitate communication between renters and owners.
- To process rental requests and bookings.
- To display reviews and ratings.

- Other users: Your name, profile photo, and reviews are visible to other users. Your phone number is only shared when a rental is approved, to facilitate pickup coordination.
- Service providers: Firebase (phone verification), Supabase (data storage), Google (authentication).
- Law enforcement: When required by Thai law or to protect rights and safety.
5. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored on secure servers provided by Supabase (cloud infrastructure). We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data, including encryption in transit and at rest, and row-level security policies.
6. Data Retention
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active. Rental records are kept for 2 years after completion for dispute resolution purposes. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.

Under the Thailand PDPA, you have the right to:
- Access your personal data.
- Correct inaccurate data.
- Request deletion of your data.
- Withdraw consent for data processing.

8. Cookies
We use localStorage (not cookies) to maintain your login session. No tracking cookies are used.
